Financing
At Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, we offer financing for our dental services through Care Credit and Lending Club.
Billing
At Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, we provide estimates to help you understand the cost of dental care at this office. We do collect at time service and request a reservation fee for procedures that are outside of routine check-ups. Sometimes, there is a remaining balance and we are happy to let you know that we provide statements via text message, email and paper bill. For your convenience you can pay your bill when a text or email is sent. We are also able to take a payment over the phone or by mail as well!

Insurance
We work with many dental insurance plans. If dental insurance benefits are available, our priority is to help patients understand and maximize their coverage. We do this by gathering the necessary supporting documentation for specific dental care needs during the dental appointment. By doing so, we are able to submit all claims to the insurance company on behalf of the patient for coverage. Whether we are an in or out-of-network provider with the insurance company, we always submit dental claims on the behalf of the patient.
For specific insurance questions, please give us a call. We are happy to assist with information on available benefits and provide an estimate for care needed or pre-authorization. If you do not see Dr. Strauss on the insurance company's list of providers, give us a call so that we can call to gather more specifics about care in this office and an estimate of coverage.
